Job Summary / Role description

• He/she is fully responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of the maintenance activities pertaining to the relevant discipline.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handover the documentation prepared relevant to all the HVAC technical disciplines, in accordance to the Project contractual requirements, the budget assigned and the schedule.


• Prepare and discuss with the Project Team the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule) and assure its application throughout the entire project life.


• Guarantee the coordination with the other Project Leaders on the projects.


• Interact with Client representatives and Vendors for all the technical topics impacting on the project both in time and costs.


• Plan, execute and monitor the Maintenance activities pertaining to HVAC, managing any subcontractor involved.

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess a University Degree


• Experiences in Refinery operation


• Plant for the gas treatment

Special Requirements and Comments:

• Attention to detail, management skills.
