Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Nigerian Foundries Group in Sango-Ota, Ogun State.


• The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:


• Conducting and ensuring preventive maintenance program is carried out as planned;


• Ensuring electrical systems function efficiently, troubleshooting electrical issues, and collaborating with the maintenance engineering team to optimize electrical equipment and systems;


• Ensures that breakdown maintenance occurrence is reduced to the barest minimum;


• Make sure planned daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities are carried out under his/her supervision to avoid breakdown time;


• Responsible for ensuring daily maintenance activities are accurately, recorded and reported at maintenance meetings.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum work experience in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance


• Knowledge of electrical systems and interpretation of electrical circuit diagram


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


• Excellent communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills


• HND/B.Eng degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
