• Sourcing of new briefs – sales, letting and management


• Liaising with Government Agencies for title regularisation 


• Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets month by month


• Marketing and selling of company’s product and services


• Identification of competitors and feedback


• Organizing promotions and seminars to generate sales


• On the spot customer’s training to boost confidence while servicing the existing client base 


• Thorough follow-up on customer’s enquiries/queries and prompt resolution /feedback.


• Development of new product line for penetration into the market


• Superintend regularly on-site inspections/serviced apartments and drafting tenancy agreements


• Drawing effective plans to drive sales, review and monitor same for result


• Conducting market survey and market share comparison


• Carrying out rental assessment and valuation of properties


• Preparation of monthly storming calendar/route plan to aid marketing/sales process


• Increasing product and brand awareness through signage, social media channels and flyers


• Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report generation for performance evaluation


• Performing any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior
