Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including, but not limited to, networking, referrals, online platforms, travel expos, and industry events
Sourcing of Seminars, trainings/workshops and booking hotel reservation using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
Sourcing for new clients and making direct sales
Interfacing with tour organisations and schools for admission purposes
Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets month by month
Marketing and selling of company’s product and services
Organizing promotions and seminars to generate group sales
On the spot customer’s training to boost confidence while servicing the existing client base
Thorough follow-up on customer’s enquiries/queries and prompt resolution /feedback.
Development of new product line for penetration into the market
Superintend regularly on drafting airline tickets airport drop off and pick-up’s
Drawing effective plans to drive sales, review and monitor same for result
Conducting market survey and market share comparison
Ability to assess documnetations and advise on same for embassy submission and results
Preparation of monthly storming calendar/route plan to aid marketing/sales process
Increasing product and brand awareness through signage, social media channels and flyers
Liaising with embassies to book ealiest possible appointment date selection, Visa consultation, form filling, and profiling
Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report generation for performance evaluation
Performing any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior
