Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal practice, with expertise in specific areas such as corporate law, criminal law, family law, or intellectual property. The lawyer will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in court, draft legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide legal advice and support to all departments within the company


• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners


• Ensure compliance with local and international transportation laws and regulations


• Handle legal disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings


• Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• LLB degree from a recognized university; BL from Nigerian Law School


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector


• Strong knowledge of Nigerian transportation and business laws


• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
