Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Marketers to drive the growth of our tissue paper products. The ideal candidates will have a background in product marketing, sales generation, campaigns, and brand awareness creation, and market research, with a focus on consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tissue products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
- Identify target markets and customer segments, and tailor the marketing activities to
- reach the markets and audiences effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (distributors, and retailers) to maximize repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Carry-out day to day field marketing of the company products, actively pursue new sales opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including cold
- calling, networking, and referrals (online, print, social media).
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and online content.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes for management review.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years in product marketing, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media).
- Excellent communication and creative skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools is a plus.

Location: Applicant should reside between Ajah and Awoyaya axis, Lagos state.
Reporting line: Business Development Lead
Salary: N70,000 – N100,000 (depending of your skills level)
