Job Description

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.


• Provide knowledgeable advice on L’Occitane En Provence products to customers.


• Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.


• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to customers.


• Answer customer inquiries and address any complaints in a timely and professional manner.


• Maintain product displays and store appearance.


• Track stock levels and restock shelves as needed.


• Process payments and handle cash transactions.


• Follow company policies and procedures.


• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to store management.


• Must have passion for Skincare.
