Job Details

• Assist in the preparation of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.


• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production standards.


• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters.


• Ensure proper proofing, baking, and finishing of baked items.


• Monitor baking process, adjusting oven temperatures and timings when necessary.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including utensils and baking tools.


• Help in managing inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and available.


• Assist in packaging, labeling, and storing baked goods.


• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe work environment.


• Provide support in fulfilling customer orders and special requests.


• Collaborate with the Head Baker and other team members to ensure smooth bakery operations.
