Job Details

• Assist in planning and scheduling shipments for timely delivery.


• Help track inventory levels and coordinate stock movements.


• Ensure all shipping documentation is completed accurately.


• Monitor and track orders, ensuring they meet customer expectations.


• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies to arrange shipments.


• Update internal databases with shipment and order information.


• Assist in preparing reports on inventory, shipping, and logistics performance.


• Maintain communication with warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock flow.


• Support in resolving issues related to transportation, order discrepancies, or delays.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
