Job Summary
As our Hotel Manager, you'll handle the overall business operations management. You'll ensure profit for stakeholders and the smooth yet efficient running of operations and service delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for dissemination of information and overall communication within and outside the resort and strategically lead and manage the day-to-day running of all departments in the resort, working directly with all heads of department.
- Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and confirm during routine checks and anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly, maintaining high standards for staff performance and customer service.
- Monitor purchases, requisitions, and operations of the accounts department.
- Maintain full knowledge of all inner workings of the resort, including room rates, policies, specials, and availabilities.
Requirements
- HND/BSC in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 5 years' previous experience in managing operations of a hotel
- Great understanding of all inner workings of a hotel apartment and/or restaurant business
- Sound knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, product, and competition in the hospitality industry
