Job Description

• Design and install HVAC systems whilst following design specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.


• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing HVAC systems.


• Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the project.


• Ensure all HVAC work complies with HSE principles


• Prepare a progress report on ongoing HVAC projects, system performance, and maintenance activities.


• Develop and implement HVAC system upgrades and retrofits.


• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and materials.


• Document Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the light test for ducts, underground chilled water piping system, and hydro test.


• Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.


• Assist the commission team during the testing, balancing, and adjusting phases of air 


• Manage all-metal duct components and install all HVAC systems and monitor all provide resolutions for all emergency alarm in systems and perform the repair to all ventilating and air conditioning units.


• Analyse all load programs and perform required calculations on same and manage all electrical requirements for HVAC equipment and recommend improvement


• Liaise with the HVAC Configuration Lead to ensure compliance with the Project level Reference Configuration


• Perform other assignments as directed by the Category Manager

Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC system design and installation.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.


• Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).


• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Should have knowledge of equipment like Chiller, AHU, Cooling tower, etc.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Able to manage time effectively


• Knowledge of HSE principles and procedures
