Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for the hotel


• Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities


• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues


• Oversee the hotel’s marketing budget


• Plan and manage social media platforms


• Coordinate with sales and other departments to align strategies and increase revenue


• Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials


• Monitor customer feedback online and respond appropriately


• Plan and implement promotional events and campaigns


• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance.
