The General Manager will oversee the general operations of Cemex Portals Limited. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in construction management and architectural design, coupled with strong leadership skills. HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING -



  • Provide strategic leadership to all aspects of Cemex Portals Limited, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to align business operations with market demands and client needs.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be proficient in driving.

  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes, including site visits, client meetings, and supplier interactions.


YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:



  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.

  • Certification from relevant professional bodies (e.g., PMP, RICS, or similar) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management, with a strong focus on the construction or real estate industry.

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects and leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design principles, and project management methodologies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex operations effectively.
