Job profile:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and attracting top talent for Cemex Portals Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and human resources, with a focus on identifying and onboarding exceptional candidates. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting the company’s growth by building a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that align with company goals.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source both active and passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, headhunting, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
- Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various roles, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.
