Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- C-Level Engagement: Prospect and present to C-Level executives to secure new business and enhance existing relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and candidate placements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university
- Minimum of a Second Class Lower division.
- Completion of NYSC.
- Articulate, bright, and driven.
- Must reside on the Island.
