- Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and account plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on sales performance.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications / Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc./B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in sales within the ICT industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
- Age: 30 - 45 years.
