Job Description

• We're hiring an operations Shift Lead in Awka, Anambra State. This role involves overseeing production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities during assigned shifts.


• Monitor and control production processes to maximize efficiency and meet production targets.


• Share daily reports with the management team on production metrics, downtimes and performance during his shift.


• Facilitate seamless transition between production operations during shift changes


• Ensure production output is consistent with quality standards.


• Maintain production documentation and oversee equipment operation and maintenance.


• Manage and coordinate the work of production workers.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


• Ensure adequate staffing and training to support ongoing production.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a manufacturing team.


• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and computer literacy.


• Proficiency in Excel for generating timely reports.


• Effective communication skills and ability to work night shifts.


• Excellent crisis management and adaptation skills.


• Flexibility to work day or night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
