Job Summary:

• Smooth Promotions is looking for a highly skilled, professional, and discreet Personal Driver to provide dedicated driving services to the MD/CEO.


• The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.


• In addition to driving duties, the Personal Driver will be responsible for managing the vehicle’s maintenance and ensuring the comfort and convenience of the MD/CEO at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the MD/CEO to and from business meetings, appointments, events, and personal engagements.


• Plan and adjust routes to avoid traffic and ensure punctual arrival at destinations.


• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and pristine condition, both interior and exterior.


• Perform regular vehicle checks, ensuring that it is properly serviced, fueled, and roadworthy at all times.


• Assist with minor administrative tasks such as delivering documents or packages when required.


• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding the MD/CEO’s business and personal matters.


• Stay informed of road closures, weather conditions, and other factors that may impact travel times.


• Provide occasional assistance with luggage or personal items as needed.


• Be available for after-hours, weekend, and holiday driving, depending on the MD/CEO's schedule.


• Coordinate with the MD/CEO’s executive assistant or office staff for scheduling and other transport-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Proven experience as a Personal Driver for senior executives or high-profile individuals.


• Familiarity with the local area, roadways, and navigation systems (GPS, apps, etc.).


• Excellent time management and punctuality.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Professional appearance and demeanor.


• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly, especially in heavy traffic or time-sensitive situations.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.


• Must reside on the island.


• Experience driving luxury or high-end vehicles is a plus.
