Job Summary

• As the Senior Internal Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the internal control environment across the organization.


• This key role will involve ensuring compliance with policies, managing risk, and supporting process improvements to safeguard the company’s assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems and policies.


• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.


• Lead internal control audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance control measures.


• Oversee the documentation and reporting of all internal controls and findings.


• Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control policies and best practices.


• Report directly to senior management on internal control performance and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal controls, audit, or risk management.


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• ACA (ICAN) or ACCA certification is required.


• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and best practices.


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.


• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
