Our client is seeking a diligent and dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join their esteemed team in Ibadan. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of medical equipment and consumables to healthcare facilities and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the healthcare sector.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and management to ensure alignment and attainment of sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and fostering enduring client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
