Job Description

• Support to plan, design and deliver project activities in accordance with the objective of the organization


• Scheduling tasks negotiating with suppliers and creating progress reports.


• Conduct regular visits to project sites to monitor the implementation of activities and prepare periodic project reports


• Conduct administrative duties on sites


• Assist to plan, coordinate, and oversee operations on company projects.


• Assist team in conducting preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development


• Comply with safety standards and local planning regulation and gain permit for all construction projects


• Provide supervision of construction workers from start to finish, and offer guidance to improve progress.


• Come up with schedule and timeline for meeting project timeline


• Assists in the management of multiple projects under the supervision of the project manager


• Assist in helping to keep projects on a realistic timescale and budget.


• Management of Artisans on sites and perform other duties directed by the project manager and line supervisor.
