Job Brief

• He /she will focused on driving business growth, enhancing brand awareness and responsible for the overall management of our wholesale and retail hair vendors.


• The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a solid understanding of various marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Include:

• Acquisition and on boarding of wholesale and retail hair vendors


• Effective management of sales territory allocated


• Achieve sales-revenue target


• Responsible for the overall management of wholesale and retail hair vendors


• Conduct market research, competition spy and collect feedbacks from affiliate wholesale and retail hair vendors


• Monitor and grow partner’s sales performance.


• Ensure swift replenishment on out-of-stock products at the affiliate partners’ store


• Ensure accurate reconciliation of affiliate partners accounts with Onyxhair


• Share daily, weekly and monthly report in line with the official templates and as at when due


• Seamlessly execute the approved activity process including but not limited to procedure on payments, delivery and reconciliation


• Including other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Qualifications / Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field


• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in marketing, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
