Job Responsibilities



  • Manage office supplies stock by adhering to minimum reorder levels.

  • Follow up with branches to ascertain their office needs.

  • Distribute office items across branches.

  • Properly record and file all official documents.

  • Pay for FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, and pension.

  • Process vehicle and bike registrations and renewals.

  • Procure and activate CUG lines and phones.

  • Approve and allocate CUG lines and laptops.

  • Process payments and renewals for CUG lines.

  • Manage the procurement and distribution of data, airtime, and PHCN tokens.

  • Ensure adherence to the approved budget.

  • Train and develop subordinates.

  • Conduct monthly stock counts of the admin store.

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Candidate must be a graduate

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role

  • Reside close to Victoria Island.
