Job Summary



  • We are seeking a Digital Transformation Executive to lead our sales and technology-driven initiatives.

  • The Digital Transformation Executive also known as Sales Force Automation (SFA) Executive will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes through automation and driving digital transformation initiatives.

  • This role focuses on improving sales team efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and enhancing overall business performance by integrating digital tools and platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Force Automation:



  • Manage the SFA tool to track and optimize the performance of the sales team.

  • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights for better sales strategies.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.

  • Provide Support to the sales team on using SFA tools efficiently.


Digital Transformation:



  • Execute digital transformation projects to streamline operations and improve customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to deploy new technologies, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

  • Drive the adoption of digital tools across teams, ensuring proper utilization and maximizing ROI.


Excel Expertise:



  • UtilizeExcel skills to create data models, perform pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other functions

  • Develop custom reports and automate data processing tasks using Excel tools

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making through detailed data analysis

  • Ensure the integrity of data across digital platforms and systems.


Key Requirements

Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience:



  • 3+ years of experience in sales automation, digital transformation, or related roles.

  • Proven experience in implementing sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

  • knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, including functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.


Skills:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms like CRM systems, ERP systems, and SFA tools.

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of the cosmetics or FMCG industry is a plus.
