• We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Personnel to join our team at [Fashion House Name].

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer exceptional customer service to ensure an excellent shopping experience.


• Understand customer needs and provide personalized fashion recommendations.


• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products, collections, and ongoing promotions.


• Process transactions efficiently using the POS system, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints professionally.


• Achieve individual and store sales targets, actively contributing to the success of the team.


• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked.


• Maintain inventory control by conducting stock checks and managing replenishments.


• Build lasting relationships with customers, providing follow-up service to ensure satisfaction.


• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and company products to stay relevant in the sales role.


• Collaborate with the team and management to improve overall store performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in fashion retail.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.


• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

• A passion for fashion and style with an eye for detail.


• Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent; higher education in Fashion, Marketing, or Business is a plus.


• Prior experience in retail sales, especially within fashion or clothing brands.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Excellent personal presentation and style sense.


• Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of the role.

Salary:

N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
