- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at House Of Triniks
- The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fashion house, ensuring smooth workflow, optimizing processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in production and distribution. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the fashion house, including production, inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of collections.
- Manage budgets and forecast operational needs and expenditures.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all departments.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring professional development and alignment with company goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle quality control to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Manage the warehousing, storage, and distribution of finished goods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the fashion industry (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.
- Ability to work with ERP systems and other relevant software tools.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fashion production processes and an understanding of market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of fashion production, distribution, and quality control processes.
