  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at House Of Triniks

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fashion house, ensuring smooth workflow, optimizing processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in production and distribution. Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee all operational aspects of the fashion house, including production, inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of collections.

  • Manage budgets and forecast operational needs and expenditures.

  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all departments.

  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring professional development and alignment with company goals.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners.

  • Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Handle quality control to ensure all products meet company standards.

  • Manage the warehousing, storage, and distribution of finished goods.


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the fashion industry (3+ years preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.

  • Ability to work with ERP systems and other relevant software tools.

  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of fashion production processes and an understanding of market trends.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.


Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a must.

  • Strong knowledge of fashion production, distribution, and quality control processes.
