- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our team at House Of Triniks.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that clothing collections are manufactured efficiently, on time, and meet the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end production process for clothing collections.
- Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure garments are produced efficiently and within set timelines.
- Work closely with designers, merchandisers, and other departments to ensure production aligns with design specifications and market demands.
- Supervise and manage production staff, including pattern makers, seamstresses, and quality control personnel.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing production delays.
- Monitor the production budget, managing costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations across the production line.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or defects.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure that finished products meet the company’s high standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a production management role within the fashion industry.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the fashion or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, garment manufacturing, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work closely with design and sales teams to align production goals with market demands.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of budgeting and cost control in a production environment.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in fashion production.
Remuneration & Benefits
- N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
