Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring continual loyalty of the company's customers through efficient sales and after sales service delivery.
- Generating and ensuring servicing of customers’ sales orders form.
- Ensure the achievement of projected sales growth in the territory, through aggressive product awareness campaign, customer product knowledge, product availability and customer account management.
- Ensure effective and timely generation of market intelligence information, as well as timely communication of sales and marketing programmes to the customers.
- Drive the sales and marketing activities in the territory, and also ensure that they impact on sales and profitability growth of Fumman business in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic:
- Ensure effective implementation of the company’s sales and marketing strategies, processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective customer service programmes, and call timetable
- Develop and implement product visibility and selling approach that will deliver the desired sales target for the territory
Product Visibility & Sales:
- Achieve continual growth of customer base through continuous acquisition of customers in your territory.
- Follow up to ensure that customers’ orders are promptly serviced and delivered in good time.
- Ensure the implementation of products and brands knowledge/awareness programmes for all distributors in the territory
Improved Customer Service Experience:
- Nurture the relationship with customers to ensure confidence, trust, quality service delivery and loyalty.
- Effectively manage each customer account to ensure that sales targets are fully achieved
- Ensure that customers get adequate and timely information on company’s sales and marketing decisions, programmes and activities.
Revenue Generation:
- Ensure timely collection on sales in line with company sales and marketing procedures.
- Effectively implement, monitor and follow up on agreed sales/marketing programmes in the territory
Customer Account Management:
- Provide account management and business advice to customers to support their business
- growth.
- Respond to customers’ calls/ enquiries and delivery requests
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide periodic reports market performance and dynamics
- Compile/ prepare sales report for management.
- Specify market requirements for current and future products through good market sensing, and research.
Supervisory & Project Management:
- Offer efficient and effective supervision including guidance to dealers and support staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by Key Accounts Manager

Requirements
- OND/HND or First Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management or other relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years cognate work experience in Sales and Marketing within a reputable and structured organization.
