Job Brief



  • We currently seek a customer-oriented service representative to join our team.

  • Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Your responsibilities entails interfacing with stakeholders to facilitate relationships between our company and its clients, resolve issues, help to drive sales by cross-selling and up-selling, and create memorable experiences that boost brand and customer loyalty.


Responsibilities



  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Establish new customer accounts and record account information, like phone numbers or addresses, on our digital tools.

  • Acknowledge, resolve and respondpromptly to customer inquiries, feedback, questions and complaints.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Have affirmative products Knowledge to lead in conversation.

  • Processourorders, publish forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicatewith colleagues on matter arising to serve as a connection for all.

  • Providefeedback on the efficiency of the customer service processand for product development.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • All other tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements and skills



  • B.Sc in any discipline

  • 2 years minimum, cognate experience as a Customer Service Representative, Front Desk Officer, Sales or Client management and retention.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
