Key Responsibilities



  • Promote and maintain a safe and responsible working environment across all offshore operations.

  • Coordinate daily HSEQ matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Prepare, review, and communicate HSEQ reports, tracking incidents, near-misses, and safety performance.

  • Conduct safety inductions for new employees, contractors, and visitors to offshore sites.

  • Organize and participate in safety committee meetings, ensuring the implementation of HSEQ initiatives.

  • Carry out regular site visits and safety audits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Investigate, report, and follow up on accidents, incidents, and near-misses to prevent recurrence.

  • Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adhered to.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.

  • Maintain records of HSEQ activities and ensure all documentation is up to date.


Qualifications & Experience



  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in offshore marine services, preferably in the oil and gas sector.

  • Strong understanding of HSEQ regulations and industry standards, particularly for offshore operations.

  • Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills:



  • Certifications in HSE (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with offshore safety management systems and relevant software tools.
