Key Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise data architecture to meet overall needs of business and set technical vision for data architecture


• Assess and determine governance, stewardship, and frameworks for managing data across the organization


• Create and implement analytics roadmap to build long-term excellence in advanced analytics (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics)


• Develops analysis models using statistical analysis tools, data mining, and other tools


• Maintain business information model and data flow architecture


• Present insights and recommendations to senior business stakeholders


• Understand drivers for performance trends across the business through research and analysis


• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining; presentation of data with a focus on actionable analytics


• Evaluate and identify specifications, best practices, integration and proper use of emerging technology as they relate to overall data architecture

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of data management systems, data warehousing methodology, data quality, data modeling, data governance, analytics and predictive modeling


• Extensive background and expertise in developing and managing data technologies, technical operations, and related tools and technologies


• Expert knowledge of data modeling and understanding of different data structures


• Strong background in advanced statistical and data science, as well as management of business-focused analytics teams


• Experience with at least one statistical software solution (e.g., SAS)


• Ability to conceptualize and deliver a strategic agenda for building analytics capabilities


• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML


• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills


• Demonstrated experience with agile or other rapid development methods
