Our client is hiring Sales Representatives to help expand their business network, onboard drivers, and agents. The candidates will be responsible for onboarding potential clients and partners onto a waitlist, and promoting our logistics platform.
Job Description
- Proactively identify and reach out to businesses, drivers, and agents who can benefit from our logistics platform.
- Successfully onboard a monthly target of: 100 small and medium-sized businesses that require logistics services
- Onboard a minimum 10 drivers who are willing to use their bikes or vehicles for delivery of goods.
- Guide potential users through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the platform's benefits and the value proposition for joining the waitlist.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to identify new sales opportunities and potential leads.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
- Act as a point of contact for any onboarding-related questions, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the supervisor on progress, challenges, and success stories.
- Gather feedback from businesses, agents, and drivers to better understand their needs and how the company can meet them.
Qualifications
- A minimum of SSCE
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present the company and its services to potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with technology tools.
- Have a smart phone
