DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility.


• Preparing of Job Orders.


• Ensure delivery of procured items.


• Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building facility.


• Any other related job.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.


• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
