Job Description

• Preffered candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience in managing a team of technicians by ensuing high quality work while being technically strong in LV components.


• Capable of reading and interpreting allelectrical schematics and experienced in programming and configuring controllers like power meters, synchro controllers, PFC controllers and VFDs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to project specifications, standards and timelines.


• Oversee the programming, testing and comissioning of modules within LV panel boards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the assembly process.


• Supervise and improve the skills of the assemly team.


• Provide training and development to team members to enhance their technical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.


• 5-10 years of experience in copper works in a panel build.


• Extensive experience in LV panel board configuring and testing.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent problem solving abilities and technical acumen.
