Job Brief



  • The CRM Expert will optimise our CRM system and processes to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business performance.

  • This role will involve managing CRM data, implementing best practices, and providing strategic insights to support our sales and marketing efforts.


Responsibilities



  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring its optimal functionality and integration with other business systems.

  • Configure and customize the CRM system to meet specific business requirements and workflows.

  • Develop and maintain data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and execute customer segmentation and targeting strategies

  • Provide CRM support to sales and marketing teams, including training, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

  • Develop and implement CRM-based sales and marketing campaigns.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive CRM reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a CRM Expert or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
