Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field .


• 2+ years Of experience in IT support or a similar role.


• Strong communication & interpersonal Skills.


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


• Experience with cloud computing platforms.(e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


• Proficiency in Windows, Linux or MacOS operating systems.


• Strong Knowledge Of computer Systems, networks, hardware and software.


• Experience with network administration and system security.
