Job Overview
- The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand positioning within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, focusing on key products such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic tools, or healthcare services.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in a highly regulated environment.
- Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare facilities, government health programs, and distribution channels.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and procurement officers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining a strong understanding of market changes and policy updates.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Craft marketing strategies that highlight the company’s healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and patient care priorities.
- Oversee content marketing, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities that resonate with healthcare providers and professionals.

Team Leadership:

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Dgree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Management is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in the healthcare industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospital solutions, etc.).
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets within a healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with healthcare CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions in a healthcare context.
