Job description

• Source for new clients to access company's loan


• Conduct client interviews to assess financial status, loan needs, and repayment capacity.


• Collect, analyze, and verify client information and financial documents.


• Recommend or approve loan applications based on financial data and risk analysis.


• Prepare loan agreements and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.


• Complete the loan disbursement process efficiently and accurately.


• Ensure proper documentation for all loans and maintain accurate records.


• Monitor loan repayments and proactively manage client accounts to minimize delinquencies.


• Identify and address early warning signs of non-payment.


• Develop and execute loan recovery strategies in case of overdue payments.


• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.


• Provide financial advice and support to clients to enhance their financial literacy.


• Conduct regular client visits for loan verification and business performance monitoring.


• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.


• Prepare periodic reports on loan disbursement, portfolio quality, and loan performance.


• Collaborate with the credit team to meet the bank’s credit performance targets.


• Ensure a balanced and healthy loan portfolio.


• Monitor the loan portfolio and adjust strategies to mitigate risks.


• Regularly report on loan performance to management.
