Job Overview:



  • We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team in Abuja.

  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service.

  • You will manage the reception area, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and reception area.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms.

  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

  • Maintain records of visitors and manage visitor log books.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.


Preferred:



  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
