Job Summary



  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks, including booking loans, issue offer letters, updating customer records, and ensuring timely repayment reminders.

  • This role requires an organized and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the smooth functioning of the bank’s operations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Loan Management: Process and book loans accurately; verify documents; ensure compliance with policies; maintain loan records.

  • Record Keeping: Update customer records; log all transactions; generate loan and operational reports.

  • Customer Communication: Send repayment reminders; address inquiries; follow up on repayments and resolve issues.

  • Operational Support: Assist with daily tasks and customer requests; support branch operations; coordinate with other departments.

  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations; prepare performance reports; participate in audits.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service; educate customers on products and processes; build positive relationships.


Qualifications



  • OND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of banking and loan processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with banking software.

  • Knowledge of microfinance operations.

  • Customer service experience.
