Key Responsibilities
Loan Management: Process and book loans accurately; verify documents; ensure compliance with policies; maintain loan records.
Record Keeping: Update customer records; log all transactions; generate loan and operational reports.
Customer Communication: Send repayment reminders; address inquiries; follow up on repayments and resolve issues.
Operational Support: Assist with daily tasks and customer requests; support branch operations; coordinate with other departments.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations; prepare performance reports; participate in audits.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service; educate customers on products and processes; build positive relationships.
Qualifications
OND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Basic understanding of banking and loan processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
