Location: Ikeja, Lagos


Principal Duties and Responsibilities



  • Supervises other staff

  • Coordinates other business operations particularly the company’s operational activities.

  • Develops and oversees the execution of business strategies

  • Acts as liaison in maintaining client relationships

  • Oversees the preparation and strict adherence to budgets

  • Sets departmental goals for an entire department or division based on the company’s plans

  • Oversees daily office operations within the approved working arrangement as approved by the Creative Director.

  • Makes presentations to management on key issues relating to the business

  • Develops new business opportunities including identifying and recommending ways for the company to improve its efficiency

  • Ensure satisfactory service delivery to Honeyworld clients

  • Oversee revenue targets and budgets for each department/unit

  • Supervises the operations team to ensure profitability on projects executed

  • Supervise the operations unit in terms of project execution to ensure projects are executed profitably

  • Foster open communication on safety matters with all staff

  • Writes report on business operation for the Creative Director

  • Performs any other function as directed by the Creative Director.

  • Cost-effectiveness/ profitability of projects executed

Qualifications



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
