About the job:

• We are seeking a Compliance Officer who will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.


• This role involves evaluating processes, advising management on compliance risk, and implementing changes to improve the company’s compliance framework.

What you’ll do:

• Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly audit internal processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Report discrepancies and recommend improvements.


• Monitor regulatory changes: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, identifying any changes that may impact the organization's compliance obligations.


• Manage compliance-related risks: Identify and assess compliance risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.

• Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain company policies, guidelines, and procedures to mitigate compliance risks.


• Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments at Zap to ensure that compliance is integrated into their daily operations.


• Incident Management: Investigate compliance-related issues and incidents, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.


• Maintain compliance documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of compliance-related documents and ensure easy accessibility.


• Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
