Job Summary:
- As a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share for the company's products.
- You will manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
- Your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Execution:
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure product availability, proper display, and visibility in retail outlets.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions with customers.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze competitors' activities and market trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and market conditions.
Promotional Activities:
- Coordinate and implement promotional activities, such as discounts, special offers, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and supply chain to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Share best practices and insights with team members to improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
