As the HR manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions.
You will be responsible for supporting various HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a culture of engagement and development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback.
Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related role, having an HR certification is an added advantage. I’m
