Job Summary:


The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs and closing sales effectively.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Understand and analyze client needs to recommend appropriate products or services.

  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Track and report on sales performance, including maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
