Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production operations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.


• Manage production scheduling and workflow to optimize efficiency and meet delivery timelines.


• Lead and develop a team of production staff, providing training and mentoring to enhance performance.


• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality and resolve any quality issues promptly.


• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.


• Develop and manage budgets for production operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Production Manager  in the Margarine Manufacturing industry.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvement


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments.
