As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation, presentation, and delivery. You will lead a team of cooks, coordinate menu planning, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
Coordinate menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies
Ensure efficient use of resources, minimizing waste and reducing costs
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and specials
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Food safety certification (HACCP or equivalent)
