Job Summary



  • As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation, presentation, and delivery. You will lead a team of cooks, coordinate menu planning, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.


Responsibilities



  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed

  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation

  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control

  • Coordinate menu planning, inventory management, and ordering supplies

  • Ensure efficient use of resources, minimizing waste and reducing costs

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and specials

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment


Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Food safety certification (HACCP or equivalent)
