Overview
As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining retail and wholesale customers in your assigned location(s).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and retention of viable key distributor, retail and wholesale customers in assigned location(s) that will drive and sustain the growth of the portfolio across all channels.
- Achieve monthly GMV set target for the location(s) by the Key Distributors across all SKUs of assigned portfolios.
- Drive minimum number of lines per distributor orders.
- Manage inventory days from the distributor based on set target.
- Manage Secondary Sales Force in the assigned location(s) to drive numeric and weighted distribution.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure best priced purchases across products in the category that can guarantee target achievement.
- Weekly market intelligence report.
Requirements
- University degree or HND in any Discipline.
- 3+ years sales experience, demonstrated ability in managing sales teams and achieving growth targets.
- Excellent knowledge of Distributor channels and retail outlets, as well as best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
