Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive, committed and goal driven organized Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Founder/CEO of LearnlyApp. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role will focus on sourcing and applying for various opportunities, preparing, and sending proposals for projects, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Opportunity Sourcing & Applications:

    • Research and identify relevant business opportunities, competitions, and partnerships aligned with the company's growth objectives.

    • Handle the end-to-end process of applying for opportunities, including filling out applications and compiling necessary documents.



  • Proposal Preparation & Submission:

    • Collaborate with the CEO to draft compelling project proposals, presentations, and pitches for clients and partners.

    • Prepare customized proposals for different projects by gathering data, and addressing project requirements to meet specific deadlines.

    • Ensure timely submission of proposals, follow up on submissions, and maintain records of proposal progress.



  • Administrative Support:

    • Act as the main point of contact for scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.

    • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring high-quality communication with external stakeholders.

    • Manage CEO’s email inbox, prioritizing important tasks and ensuring prompt responses.

    • Handle confidential information with discretion.



  • Document Management:

    • Organize and maintain records of applications, proposals, and reports, ensuring easy access for review and follow-up.

    • Develop and maintain a system for tracking deadlines and the status of all submitted documents.



  • Client & Partner Relations:

    • Liaise with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders to build strong professional relationships.

    • Follow up with contacts after meetings to ensure continuous communication and foster potential business opportunities.




Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in sourcing opportunities, preparing proposals, or business development (preferred).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
