Job Description
We are a reputable hospitality consulting firm providing a unique hospitality support services for our clients through out the country.Due to an expansion,our client a five star hotel requires a services of a qualified and experience Executive Housekeeper with proving record.
The ideal candidate shall:
- Creates standard operational procedure for the operations of the housekeeping department in line with the hospitality service standards.
- Coordinates and oversee housekeeping staff and schedule update and manage any housekeeping related fixes/small repairs, report anything needing repairing or immediate attention.
- Creates daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping checklist that keeps the hotel operation in an orderly condition.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and housekeeping tools are maintained in good working order and are being properly cared for.
- Updates, tracks and schedule maintenance for any cleaning related services and equipments’
- Manage and inspect outdoor facilities cleanliness, inspect the cleanliness of the hotel from the top to the bottom all furniture’s, upholstery, blinds, window curtain etc
- Inspect linens and towels regularly making notes and reporting when items needs to be replaced.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department and implement disciplinary action to the house keeping staff.
